Our Story
Garswood FC founded in 2026 is the coming together of two great grassroots football clubs that serve the local people of Garswood.
The new club has been formed through the evolution of Seneley and Garswood Juniors and from the start of 2027/28 season the merging with Garswood United, bringing together two proud footballing institutions with a rich history in our community.
For over 50 years, thousands of children and adults have represented these fantastic clubs with pride. Their dedication, commitment, and passion have helped create a strong footballing tradition in Garswood.
As we look to the future, football is becoming an increasingly challenging and competitive environment, with clubs, academies, and other sports all competing for players, volunteers, and resources.
After careful consideration, the committees of both clubs have reached the same conclusion: we can achieve more and be stronger together.

Garswood FC will become the official football club for the town and surrounding areas, representing and uniting juniors and adults alike; boys and girls; children, young people, and adults of all ages and abilities.
